Brittney Calhoun-Morris founded BALDAIN with a belief that meaningful experiences begin with understanding people. Her approach combines curiosity, cultural awareness, creative direction, and thoughtful production to create gatherings that feel intentional from the first idea to the final guest experience.
As Founder and Producer, Brittney leads each project with a focus on the people an experience is meant to serve, ultimately shaping concepts that honor the client, reflect the audience, and create genuine opportunities for connection.
